摘要
以不同粒径尺寸的熔盐颗粒为原料,添加等量的氧化镁粘结剂,在相同的熔浸和粉碎条件下制备电解质,测定电解质的颗粒特性。结果表明,配制电解质所用熔盐的粒度与制得电解质的松装密度、粒径大小呈正相关;以较大颗粒的熔盐为原料制备的电解质,粉碎后大小颗粒中的氧化镁含量差异较大。引入微区熔浸理论解释了上述实验规律。
The electrolytes were synthesized with molten salts with different particle size in the same conditions of fusion and comminution. The powder's properties of electrolyte were tested. It is found that there is a positive correlation between particle size of eutectic and particle size and bulk density of electrolyte. The electrolyte prepared by larger molten salt particles (--80 mesh) was ground and sifted through 80 mesh sieve. The contents of MgO in sifting out powders were much more than in not sifting powders. The theory of limited-extent fusion was introduced and the experimental phenomenon was interpreted.
