空间用三结砷化镓太阳电池的生产管理

摘要 介绍了三结砷化镓太阳电池的生产管理。通过以合理安排生产计划,做好生产线质量计划;分析不合格原因,提出改进措施;优化三结砷化镓太阳电池结构;采用SPC技术对生产过程进行分析和控制等途径,将三结砷化镓太阳电池成品率从72.6%提高为85%以上,三结砷化镓批产效率从平均光电转换效率为26.8%提高到28%以上,缩短工程型号所需的生产周期,提高了空间型号用太阳电池阵输出功率。 The producing management methods of the triple junction space solar cells were described. First,the producing plan and the quality management plan in reason were arranged; second, the causation of reject was analyzed ; third,the structure of the triple junction space solar cells was optimized; at last, SPC (Statistical Process Control) technology was used. The rate of the eligible product to the reject was improved to more than 85% from 72.6%, and the average maximum power efficiency was improved to more than 28% from 26.8%.
