马克思主义视阈下的区域协调发展及对我国的启示

The Regional Coordinated Development from a Marxist Perspective and Its Implications to China

马克思通过分析资本在生产部门内和部门间的竞争,得出不同生产部门内和部门间的利润率平均化的结论。从空间维度对马克思论述的平均利润率理论的考察表明,产业部门内各生产环节和产业体系各产业部门在空间上分属于不同地域空间,基于要素流动的利润率平均化趋势必然使得上述环节或者部门所分布的各区域间利润率也趋于平均化,由此得出区域协调发展是马克思平均利润率理论的客观要求与现实体现的合理解释。相应地,文章结合现阶段区域经济发展的实际情况,提出促进我国区域协调发展的四点对策建议。

Marx analyzes the competition of capital within and between industrial departments and concludes that profit rates tend to be equalized within and among these departments.Based on this theory,this paper proposes that given the fact that each production sector and industrial department has its specific spatial belonging,profit rates tend to be equalized due to the flow of key elements of production,Hence,the regional coordinated development is both an objective requirement of Marx's theory about the average profit rate and a reasonable interpretation of reality.Correspondingly,this paper puts forward four countermeasures of promoting the coordinated development of regional economy.
