摘要
本文的目的是用试验研究颗粒群分散压与悬浮液浓度、速度梯度、颗粒切应力、颗粒密度、粒径等参数的关系.试验方法为用不同密度、粒径的颗粒配成不同浓度的悬浮液,在不同的转速下测试其颗粒切应力、速度梯度等,将数据整理分析后可得到广义剪切率与广义雷诺数的关系曲线。试验结果与拜格诺试验的结果完全一致,将其结果延伸,所采用的试料更加符合生产实际。极有实用价值的微细粒级锡尾矿浆,正好落在试验的数据范围内。
The paper aims at researching the relations between dispersion pressure of particle group and suspension consistency, velocity gradient, particle sheer stress, particle density, particle diameter by test. The method is testing the particle sheer stress, velocity gradient at different speed of rotation by adopting different particle density and different particle diameter suspensions. After analysis of test data, the curves of the Generalized Sheer Stress Ratio N and Generalized Reynolds G^2 can be obtained. The test results completely accord with that of Bagnold Test, and stretch the data area. The test materials accord more with the practical production. The micro tin tailings pulp is just in the test data area.
