摘要
研究了高铅高钢型金精矿矿浆电解时金属的行为规律。矿浆电解时铅的阴极沉积明显滞后于在阳极间的浸出,矿浆电解的终点不应是阳极间的Pb被浸出完全,而应是矿浆液中铅的浓度下降到其起始浓度.借助于计算机计算在实测成分下矿浆液中各金属水溶物种分布。计算出矿浆电位值与实测值吻合。
Metal behavior regularity in gold concentrate slurry electrolysis has been studied in this paper. The result shows that the end of slurry electrolysis should be the moment when lead concentration reduces to the beginning concentration, not be the moment when lead is leached out completely. The distribution pattern of water-soluble species has been calculated by the aid of computer. The slurry potentials calculated coincide with the measured values.
