熔池熔炼-连续烟化法处理低品位锑矿研究 被引量:10

摘要 比较了锑、锡的熔炼挥发性能,论述采用熔池熔炼-连续烟化法工艺处理低品位锑矿的可能性、反应机理及工艺特点。经4m~2炉工业试验处理含锑为 15%~30%的中低品位锑矿,取得炉床处理能力为 12.5t物料/m~2· d,锑挥发率97.97%,直收率90%,渣含锑0.4675%,锑氧粉含锑76.4%,煤耗24%,铁矿石率27%,石灰石率15%的较好技术经济指标。实现以煤代焦,降低能耗,可大幅度提高选冶回收率,降低生产成本。经工业试验和试生产证明,作业正常,指标稳定,工艺路线先进。它为我国的锑冶金工业开辟了一条新的途径,是锑冶炼技术的一项重大改革,对锑冶炼行业的技术进步有较大意义。  The volatility of antimony and tin was compared and, the feasibility, mechanism and process characteristic of treating low-grade antimony ore by bath smelting-continuous fuming process were discussed as well. A 4m^2 furnace was used to treat antimony ores with grade of 15% ~ 30%. Good technical and economical targets, such as, the furnace hearth of 12.5t feed/m^2·d, antimony volatility of 97.97%, recovery of 90%, slag bearing 0.4675% Sb, antimony oxide containing 76.4% Sb, coal consumption of 24%, iron ore ratio of 27%, lime stone ratio of 15% were achieved. By adopting this process, the coke was replaced by coal, the energy consumption and production cost were cut down, and the smelting recovery was improved greatly. The commercial scale test and the commissioning results confirmed that the operation was normal, the targets were stable and technical process was advanced. This has opened up a new way for China's antimony industry, and is a significant innovation in antimony smelting technology, which is significative of the technical improvement in antimony industry.
