摘要
本文以含Cr^(6+)废水为原料,对Cr_2O_3的制备方法进行研究,对其还原反应的酸度,还原剂用量,沉淀pH值进行选择。采用尿素除铁,Na_2SO_3还原,NaOH沉淀等步骤,所得产品Cr_2O_3(铬绿)纯度达97.05%,产率81.20%,质量符合化工行业合格品标准.同时获得副产品Na_2SO_4,纯度达95.01%.
The preparation of Cr_2O3_ from wastewater bearing Cr(Ⅵ)was studied. The pH of reduction reaction, the dosage of reducing agent, and the PH of precipitating Cr(OH)_3 were examined. The product Cr_2O_3 was made by removing Fe(Ⅲ)with urea, reducing Cr(Ⅵ) with Na_2SO_3, and precipitating Cr(OH)_3. The purity of the product is 97.05%, and the yield is 81.02%. Its quality can meet the chemical industry criterion. At same time the by-product Na_2SO_4 was obtained, whose purity came up to 95.01 %
