摘要
贵州铁路锌厂锌浸出液中含有40~50mg/LGe。采用本研究的萃取法从这种浸出液中分离回收锗的工业生产仅处理浸出液约70m~3)实践表明:经三级萃取、一级反萃取,锗的萃取率和反萃取率分别为 95%和99%,粗 GeO_2产品含锗30%~45%,萃取剂和反萃取剂均可循环使用,取得了比较理想的技术经济指标。 本文是该厂用本萃取法生产锗的实践总结。
Recovering germanium by liquid-liquid extraction from zinc leaching solution is reported. The production capacity is 70m^3/d feed solution bearing 40~50mg/L Ge in a commercial plant. In practice, the extracting and stripping efficiencies are 95%~98%, respectively, through three-stage extraction and one-stage strip. The crude GeO_2 product contains 30% ~ 40% Ge. The extractant and stripping solution can be recycled.
