社员对专业合作社满意度影响因素分析——基于对成都农民专业合作社调研的实证研究

Analysis on the Influence Factors of Members to Professional Cooperatives Satisfaction——Based on the empirical Survey of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives in Chengdu

影响专业合作社社员的满意度因素对合作社的可持续发展有着重要的现实意义。利用因子分析法对成都部分合作社的调研数据进行分类及利用二值logistic回归分析进行实证研究。研究结果表明:影响专业合作社社员满意度的五个因子中政府因子对农户的满意度影响最大,其次是服务因子、收入因子、管理因子、个体因子。

It is of great significance to probe into the participation of farmers in Professional Cooperatives and their satisfaction with the Cooperatives. This paper classifies the data of surveyed Cooperatives in Chengdu Municipality with the method of factor analysis, and makes an empirical analysis by using binary logistic regression analysis. The research results show that among the five factors influencing farmers＂ participation in and satisfaction with Professional Cooperative, government is the most principal factor, which is followed by service, income, management, and farmer individuals in descending order.
