摘要
为完善我国食品安全追溯体系,基于食品供应链网络,建立数理模型分析初级农产品供给环节和最终食品供给环节的追溯水平对农户和制造商努力行为、食品安全事件预期损失等影响,以及追溯水平的网络效应。结果表明:两个环节追溯水平对农户的努力行为具有激励作用;而制造商的努力行为仅受到其自身环节追溯水平的激励;两个环节追溯水平的提高能够减小食品安全事件发生的可能性,同时追溯水平的效应体现了网络特征。
This paper builds the mathematical models to analyze the effect of the traceability levels of the primal agricultural products supply and the final food supply on the efforts of the farmers and the manufactures, the expected loss of the food safety affairs and so on, and the network effect of the traceability levels based on the food supply chain network for the improvement of the food safety traceability system. The results show that the traceability levels of the two links have incentive effect on the efforts of the farmers, the efforts of the manufactures are affected by the traceability level of only the link themselves, the traceability levels of the two links can reduce the probability of the food safety affairs occurring, and the effect of the traceability levels has the feature of network.
