热等静压及后续热处理对铸造铝合金叶片力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本文应用抗拉试验、冲击试验、疲劳试验、无损检验及显微分析等手段 ,对ZL4 0 2、ZL4 0 1合金铸造叶片的热等静压 (HIP)及后处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明 :HIP处理使叶片的气孔、疏松、针孔等缺陷得到了愈合 ,改善了叶片综合力学性能及其分散程度 ,大大提高了材料的抗疲劳性能 ;HIP后进行T6处理 ,将导致叶片严重的变形和开裂 ;HIP后进行一个月的自然时效或 4 0~ 70℃× 4 8h人工时效 ,有利于提高叶片强度。 In this paper,The effects of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) and its post heat treatment on Blades of the ZL402,ZL401 cast alloys was studied by means of tensile strength test,impact test,fatigue strength test,nondestructive inspection and microanalysis.The results indicated that HIP treatment made defects of the blades such as pore,porous,pin holes to be helaed up,therefore,the comprehensive mechanical performance and its dispersion degree of the blades was improved and the antifatigue strength of materials was greatly increased;the T6 heat treatment after HIP would lead to serious deformation and cleavage of the blades;a one month natural aging treatment or a 40~70℃×48 h artificial aging treatment after HIP process could be of benefit to increase the strength performance of the blades.
