摘要
为实现永磁同步交流伺服系统的快速、准确的位置跟踪控制,在分析永磁同步电动机数学模型以及矢量控制原理的基础上,设计了基于数字信号处理器TMS320LF2812的三相永磁同步电机交流伺服系统,并详细论述了该系统的硬件电路构成和软件设计方法,最后根据上述硬件电路及软件编程,对永磁交流伺服系统进行了测试。研究结果表明,基于TMS320LF2812 DSP的三相永磁同步电机交流伺服系统硬件和软件设计合理,系统响应速度良好,可实现精确的位置跟踪。
For the realization of the quick and accurate position tracking performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),on the basis of analysis of the mathematical model of PMSM, the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system was established by using TMS320LF2812 digital signal processor. The system's hardware and software design were introduced in detail. The test of PMSM servo control system was done according to the design of the hardware and software. Experiment results prove that the design of PMSM servo control system on hardware and software is effective,the system response is quick and the performance of position tracking is excellent.
