薄壁件反重力充型的Simple-守恒标量法数值模拟研究

The Study on Numerical Simulation of Thin Wall Mold Cavity Antiweight Filling by Simple Combining Conservative Scalar Method

采用SIMPLE法结合Van Leer格式开发了铸件三维充型数值模拟计算程序。用单相SIMPLE方程同时求解气液两相流动 ,用Van Leer格式处理自由表面控制方程。用薄壁铸件的反重力充填试验做了验证 ,并对立方体反重力充填进行了计算。

Combining SIMPLE method with VanLeer scheme,a program on unmerical simulation for 3D mold filling,was developed.In the paper,the fluid flow field of gas and liquid are simultaneously calculated by a singlephase NS equation using SIMPLE,and free surface control equation is handled by VanLeer scheme.Then it was verified by an antiweight mold filling of thinwall casting.Finally,in order to demonstrate its ability to compute 3D casting,the program simulated a cubic antiweight mould filling.
