摘要
基于热力学第二定律,对双级压缩带中间气体冷却器、双级压缩一级节流中间完全冷却/中间不完全冷却三种循环中各过程的损失及效率进行理论分析,发现第一种循环效率较高,但是COP相对较低。中间压力的升高,使得第一种循环效率提高,其余两种循环效率略有减小。对于低温工况影响,第三种循环结构比较理想。
Based on thermodynamic secondly principle, the loss exergy and its exergy efficiency were analyzed about three types of C02 two stage refrigeration cycle, which were two stage compression with gas intercooler, two stage compression with one stage throttling and complete cooling and two stage compression with one stage throttling and incomplete cooling. The results showed that the exergy efficiency of first type was higher than other two types. It also found that with the rising of middle pressure the exergy efficiency would improve for first type and lightly decreased for other two types. Considering the exergy efficiency and COP, the third type was much appropriate for low temperature conditions.
