摘要
为了研究两种材料组合而成的梁弯曲正应力分布、内力变化和承载能力,制作相同截面的铝-梁两种材料楔块连接、自由组合两种形式的双层组合梁进行实验研究。根据实验结果,提出自由组合和楔块连接下的弯曲正应力计算方法,结果表明试验结果与理论分析吻合较好。
In order to study the stress distribution, inner force and loading carrying ability among laminated beam, a dual - layer beam of steel-aluminum material under wedge joint and free lamination is made and ex- perimented. According the results of experiment and based on reasonable assumptions, the calculating meth- ods of bending normal stress for wedge jointed and freely laminated beam are presented. The results show that the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
