摘要
针对郑州至民权高速公路路基施工质量控制的需要,较为系统地研究了采用便携式落锤弯沉仪(PFWD)在粉土路基中进行弹性模量检测的应用技术,并与传统的承载板法进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,利用PFWD能够实现对粉土路基施工质量进行快速无损检测和有效控制。PFWD作为一种轻便快捷、测试简便的替代测试手段,研究开发相关的测试技术,对于高效准确地检测和评价路基的施工质量具有工程意义。
For the need of controlling the subgrade construction quality of Zhengzhou to Minquan Highway, a more systematic research of the application technology of using portable falling weight deflectometer (PFWD) in testing the silt subgrade modulus of elasticity is studied, and a comparative analysis with traditional bearing plate method is done. The research results show that using PFWD is able to achieve this goal: rapid non-de- structive testing and effective control of silt subgrade construction quality. PFWD is a lightweight, easy testing and alternative method, related research and development of this testing technology has an important role in guiding of efficient and accurate detection and evaluation of the subgrade construction quality.
