摘要 针对马鞍山电厂660MW超临界机组锅炉钢架安装工艺中典型的问题,包括立柱顶紧面接触面积不足、连接板与立柱的贴合面、多段斜撑安装、高强螺栓终紧、钢架整体标高控制等,分析了产生问题的原因,提出了具体的解决方案,经工程实例验证,取得了良好的效果,确保了工程施工质量。对同类型锅炉钢架的制造和安装工作提出了建议。 Concerning installation techniques of steel structure of boiler in Manshan Power Plant, with 2×660MW supercritical units. Problems existing in the process of steel structure installation have been analyzed, such as short of contact area of the top of steel column, clearance between connecting plate and steel column, subsection of inclined strut, fastening of high strength friction grip bolt, total height controlling of steel structure and etc. Many concrete measures for enhancing installation techniques being put forward. Tested in the process of steel structure installation, highly desirable results have been yielded. Proposals were brought forward to manufacture and installation of steel structure, which belongs to the same type.
