摘要
传统的二维抽象方式已经无法适应我国快速增长、结构庞大且功能复杂的电网建设与管理需要。随着计算机技术、数据采集等关键技术的不断进步,三维信息化在电网建设与管理中得到了广泛应用。结合相关工程实践,本文描述了一整套满足电网建设、管理应用需要的三维电网建模约束条件和构建方法。通过该技术方法,可为电网三维信息化建设提供数据建模支持,从而服务基于三维地理空间的电网信息化建设与管理。
The traditional two dimensional abstract methods can no longer satisfy the need of our electricity grid construction and nlanagement which keeps a rapid growth with a huge and complex structure. By the progress of computer technology and data acquiring technology, a vivid Three Dimensional (3D) information method is introduced in this field widely. Combined with relational project experience, this alnticle bring forward a flow of restrictions and methods for three dimensional electricity grid modeling, which can fully support current 3D information construction with fine data models, therefore, it can greatly benefit our electricity grid information consmlction and management based on 3D geographic space.
