摘要
采用渗透复合工艺在碳素结构钢母材上复合一层 2mm~ 3mm厚的高铬铸铁耐磨层。本文研究了在低应力二体磨损条件下不同成分的高铬铸铁抗磨层的耐磨层的耐磨性能 ,优选了一种配方 ,并与Q2 3 5普通碳素结构钢的耐磨性进行了对比试验。
Wearing resisting layr of high chrominum cast iron was compounded on the low carbon steel plate with penetrating compounding methods. The wearing resisting of the mateial with different composition under the condition of low stress and between two surfaces and the excellent composition was chosen.
