摘要
本文对小型机械离心树脂砂再生机进行了分析与设计 ,并对 3t/h机械离心树脂砂再生机样机进行了试验研究。该机结构紧凑 ,脱膜率高 ,特别适合于中小型树脂砂铸造车间旧砂再生工部。
A small machanical centrific reclaimer for no bake resin sand is analysied and designed, and a 3t/h unit was manufactured and its properties was tested in this paper. With short dimension and high efficiecy of reclaimation,the reclaimer is very suit to middle or little plant.
