达克罗宁胶浆在上消化道内镜检查中的临床应用及体会

Clinical application of dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage to superior gastrointestinal endoscopy and experiences

目的评估盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在麻醉、祛泡、观察效果及口感方面的优越性,为推广并扩大其适用人群提供理论依据。方法选择志愿接受上消化道内镜检查的受试者640例,随机分成试验组和对照组(各320例),检查前10～15 min分别口服盐酸达克罗宁胶浆(试验组)、利多卡因胶浆(对照组)10 ml,在麻醉效果、祛泡效果及口感方面进行组间比较。结果试验组在麻醉效果、祛泡效果及口感方面均优于对照组,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论盐酸达克罗宁胶浆作为内镜检查前辅助用药,使用方便,简化了用药程序,操作安全,可以大大提高患者的依从性,也有助于提高上消化道内镜检查的质量。

Objective To make comparison between patients taking orally lidocaine and those taking dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage in order to evaluate the the superiority of dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage in aspects of anesthesia, defoaming, observation effects and taste. Methods 640 volunteers were selected to receive the superior gastrointestinal endoscopy and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 320 ones in each group. Ten to fifteen minutes before the examination, subjects in the experimental group and the control group orally took 10 ml dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage or 10 ml lidocaine, respectively. Comparison was made in aspects of anesthesia, defoaming, observation effects and taste between the two groups. Results The experimental group is obviously superior to the control group in the aspects of anesthesia, defoaming, observation effects and taste. There were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion As an assistant medicine used before the superior gastrointestinal endoscopy anesthesia, dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage is convenient, easy to use and safe. It can largely improve the patients＇ compliance and the quality of superior gastrointestinal endoscopic examination.
