摘要
采用廉价易得的沸石矿物处理高铁锰地下水,用3种不同方法对天然沸石改性,强化其对铁锰的吸附效果。试验结果表明:采用NaCl改性,随着NaCl浓度的升高,改性后沸石对铁锰吸附量明显提高,在NaCl浓度饱和时达到最高,铁去除率提高了13.81%,锰去除率提高了26.4%;采用盐酸改性,随着盐酸浓度的增大,沸石吸附铁锰的量增加;随着微波对沸石作用时间的增加,沸石对铁锰的吸附量大幅度提升,在10min以后趋于平稳。3种改性方法中,NaCl改性最为经济有效。
Zeolite mineral which is cheap and readily available used to treat groundwater in rural areas of high iron and manganese.Three different methods were used to modify natural zeolite to strengthen its absorption.The results showed that: as NaCl concentration increased,the modified zeolite adsorption of Fe and Mn significantly increased,when modified using NaCl.In the highest concentration of NaCl saturated,the removal rate of iron increased 13.81%,manganese removal rate increased by 26.4%.With hydrochloric acid concentration increases,the increase in the amount of manganese adsorption,when modified by hydrochloric acid;With microwave time increases,the amount of zeolite adsorption of manganese greatly enhanced,then stabilized after 10min.Using NaCl to modify zeolite is the most cost-effective method.
