在河流淡水资源的利用和管理中,忽略水资源同整个河流生态系统的依存关系,导致了原本能避免的严重后果。在阐述河流的整体性内涵及其四维特征的基础上,分析了水利工程对河流整体性和连通性的破坏及其生态影响的具体表现,展望了今后的水资源利用方式和管理理念的新动向。

During the exploitation and management of water resources,neglect of the fundamental links between water resources and the lotic ecosystem resulted in preventable severe consequence.In this paper,the four-dimensional nature of river was analyzed comprehensively.Then,impacts of hydraulic engineering on river corridors were described.At last,paradigm shift in the way of water planning and management was proposed.
