摘要
新乡市是一个水资源严重缺乏的地区,作为中原经济区的重要城市,水资源短缺已经成为制约新乡市经济社会发展的瓶颈。结合新乡市在中原经济区建设中的战略定位以及对黄河水迫切需求的实际,分析了引黄调蓄工程建设对于支撑新乡市经济社会发展的必要性。
The Xinxiang City is an area which is serious lack of water resources,as the important city of the Central Economic Zone,the shortage of water resources has became the main bottleneck of Xinxiang economic and social development.Combined with the strategic positioning in the construction of the Central Economic Zone and the actual demand of the Yellow River water in Xinxiang City,analyzing the necessity of diversion and storage project of Yellow River which support to the economic and social development in Xinxiang City.
