午河渡槽槽身预压监测与数据分析

摘要 大型渡槽槽身设计挠度要求较高,渡槽支撑系统预压最大加载较大,为保障施工安全和进度,采用半跨和分配梁承重结构预压方式。通过对12期预压监测数据的分析,证明采用的监测设备保证了测量精度的要求,测量数据真实可靠,并计算出非弹性变形与弹性变形值,为支撑系统预拱提供了可靠的依据,保证了槽身挠度在施工和运行状态下均能够达到设计要求。 The large aqueduct requires the high deflection of design and the supporting system should be pre-compressed.To ensure construction safety and schedule,the half-span pre-compaction and distribution beam bearing structure scheme is adopted.Through analyzing the monitoring data of twelve period pre-compressed,the monitoring machines is proved to ensure the precision requirements,measure data is real and reliable,and the elastic deformation and inelastic deformation is calculated,which provides a reliable basis for the supporting system pre-compaction,and ensuring the aqueduct deflection reach the design requirement in the phases of construction and operating.
