摘要
目的研究苓桂术甘汤对大鼠充血性心力衰竭模型肾素(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)、醛固酮(ALD)含量的影响,探讨苓桂术甘汤治疗充血性心力衰竭的作用机理。方法用阿霉素经腹腔注射法制造充血性心力衰竭的大鼠动物模型,造模成功后给苓桂术甘汤灌胃,治疗结束经大鼠股静脉取血测定各组大鼠PRA、Ang Ⅱ、ALD含量的变化。结果苓桂术甘汤能显著降低心衰大鼠的PRA、Ang Ⅱ、ALD水平。结论治疗心力衰竭的作用机制可能与降低心衰大鼠的PRA、Ang Ⅱ、ALD含量,调节神经内分泌因子水平,逆转心室重塑有关,同时存在着量效关系。
Objective To observe the effect of Lingguizhugan Decoction on the congestive heart failture(CHF)rats model’s level of PRA Ang Ⅱ ALD,meanwhile doing research on discussing the mechanism on Lingguizhugan Decoction to the congestive heart failture(CHF) from the level of molecular.Methods The model groups were maked model of CHF by adriamycin.Gave appropriate drags or decoction ip,qd,after 15 days,extracted blood from lap,sveins and detected the level of PRA Ang Ⅱ ALD.Results Lingguizhugan Decoction could decrease the level of PRA.Ang Ⅱ ALD of rats with CHF.Conclusion The mechanism of treating rats with CHF may be related with decreasing the level of PRA Ang Ⅱ ALD,at the same time there is relation with dose-effect.
