胸部数字化X线片的投照质量分析

Projection quality analysis of chest X-ray radiography with DR

目的探讨提高胸部DR(digital radiography,DR)片投照质量的方法。方法回顾分析500例DR胸片的X线片质量,并加以总结。结果 500例DR胸片中,甲级片483例,占96.6%,乙级片17例,占3.4%。结论 DR胸片X线平片检查简便、经济,能基本反映其病理改变,是有效影像学检查方法之一,加强投照质量技术控制,能有效提高照片投照质量。

Objective To discuss methods to improve projection quality of chest X-ray radiography with DR.Methods The chest x-ray films with DR in 500 cases were analyzed.Results On chest X-ray films in all patients,among them,grade A films in 483 cases（96.6%） and grade B films in 17 cases（3.4%）.Conclusion X-ray examination is simple and economic,can provide the signs of basically pathological changes.It is effective examine method for chest X-ray radiography.Projection quality should be well controlled,can effectively improve the quality of films with DR.
