摘要 在多层喷射沉积管坯与柱坯制备工艺中 ,采用可编程调节器可实现喷射系统扫描运动与坯体下降运动的自动控制 ,较精确地控制沉积坯的外形、尺寸 ,制备出了尺寸达Φ外650 /Φ内 3 60mm ,长 12 0 0mm的各种铝合金管坯与Φ30 0~ 50 By the application of programmable controller in the preparation technology of multi-layer spray deposition,automatic control over scanning movement of the spray system and withdrawal movement of the preform can be executed to regulate the outline and size of deposited blanks more precisely. A series of Al-based alloy tube ingots of the size Φ650/Φ360×1200mm and cylindrical ingots of Φ300~500mm were prepared.
