产学研合作具有优势互补性、加速创新性和知识交互增值性三大突出优点。中原经济区要提升创新能力,就要增强企业的自主创新能力,就要加快创新型人才的集聚,就要加快对现有资源的整合。产学研合作是促进中原经济区协作创新和经济转型升级的重要途径,是发展中原经济区战略性新兴产业的有效方式,是培养中原经济区创新型、复合型、实用型人才的重要渠道。

Cooperation among the enterprises, universities and research institutes has three kinds of prominentexpedience： complementary advantages, acceleration of innovations and communicative proliferation of knowledge. As the Central Plains Economic Zone improves innovative ability, it has to consolidate the enterprises＇ capability of independent innovation, accelerate the concentration of the innovative talents and speed up the integration of existing resources. The cooperation among the enterprises, universities and research institutes is not only a principal approach to stimulate the collaborative innovation and economic transformation and upgrade the Central Plains Economic Zone, but also an effective way to develop the strategic enterprises emerging in the economic zone, and a vital channel to cultivate the composite, innovative and practical types of talents for the economic zone.
