创新,特别是科技创新对一个国家前途命运的重要性已被广泛认同。采用理论研究的方法,围绕国家科技创新体系中占重要地位的高校科技创新现状,对高校科技创新环境的因素作出分析,提出优化高校科技创新环境的策略性建议:培养勇于进行科技创新的研究型教师;构建大学生科技创新的校园环境;重构高等学校科技工作环境。

The importance of innovation, especially, that of the scientific and technical innovation for a nation＇ sfuture fate has been popularly recognized. This paper, by applying the method of theoretical research and centeringaround the present innovative situation in the colleges and universities that occupies an important position in our country＇ s science and technology innovation, analyzed the factors of science and technology innovation environmental constitution in the universities and put forward some strategic suggestions to optimize the innovative environment in the universities： To cultivate research-type teachers keen on the innovation; constitute campus innovative environment for the university students; reconstruct science and technology work environment in the college and universities.
