摘要
采用Fire软件对单孔喷油嘴内部燃油的流动进行计算,得到了喷油嘴内的流动特性,如流速、空穴、质量流量等的分布。分析了喷孔直径和喷孔入口圆角的不同对其内部流动特性的影响。计算结果表明:喷孔直径越大,流速变化率越快,空穴越早出现、长度越长、强度增加;喷孔入口圆角越大,喷孔出口的流速越大,空穴越晚出现、强度变弱。
In this article, fuel flowing in single-hole nozzle is simulated by Fire software to get the flow characteristics of nozzle such as velocity, cavitation, and mass or flow rate distribution. Tile impact of different nozzle hole diameter and inlet round angle on the nozzle internal flow characteristics have been analyzed. The results show that the larger the nozzle hole diameter is, the faster the velocity variation rate will be; when the cavitation appears earlier, the length and intensity of the cavitation will increase; and the bigger flowing velocity at the outlet of the nozzle will lead to appearance delayed and intensity reduced cavitation.
