Review and prospect of clinical studies on blood stasis syndrome and promoting blood circulation therapy

血瘀证及活血化瘀治疗是中医学宝库中的重要内容之一,历史源远流长,理论独特,应用广泛,尤其在一些疑难疾病的治疗方面效果显著,因而深得中医、中西医结合临床及基础研究重视。文章系统回顾了20世纪80年代以来,血瘀证诊断标准的建立及发展、不同时期血瘀证和活血化瘀临床研究的热点和成果,并对目前和未来研究的方向提出了展望。

Blood stasis syndrome and promoting blood circulation therapy are important content of TCM treasury. The theory of blood stasis is very unique and widely used in clinical work, especially in the treatment of incurable diseases, and showed good curative effect. Thus it won the greet importance of Traditional Chinese Medicine, clinical integrative medicine and basic research. This article systematic reviewed the establishment and development of blood stasis syndrome diagnostic criteria, hotspot and achievement of different periods of blood stasis and promoting blood circulation, and prospected on the current and future research directions.
