摘要
国家重点基础研究发展计划项目"基于‘肾藏精’脏象理论的基础研究"提出科学假说:"肾藏精"主要或部分体现为干细胞及微环境的调和状态,体现为干细胞、微环境和NEI网络的动态平衡。综合文献及实验研究成果表明,在整体层次,"肾藏精"主要体现为NEI网络的调控作用;在细胞及分子层次,"肾藏精"主要或部分体现为干细胞及微环境的调和状态。"肾藏精"与在NEI网络整体调控下的内源性干细胞"沉默"休眠、"唤醒"激活、增殖分化以及多种内在机制和微环境因素密切相关。干细胞既可以定向分化为神经细胞、胰岛β细胞、免疫细胞等,又具有神经-内分泌-免疫网络作用的分子基础。"从肾论治"的作用机制之一是动员"肾藏精"的生理功能而激活内源性干细胞和发挥微环境作用,同时调控NEI网络动态平衡。继续深化相关研究,可能在肾藏象理论基础研究方面取得重大突破,并在临床"从肾论治"相关疾病辨证论治规律方面具有指导作用和应用价值。
An important scientific hypothesis also as a question is proposed by National Key Basic Research Program of China based on the fundamental research on the viscera manifestations theory about 'kidney storing essence', which is 'kidney storing essence' is mainly or partially manifested in the harmonization of stem cell and the microenvironment and the balance between stem cell, microenvironment and NEI network. Shown as the literature and the experimental results, 'kidney storing essence' may be chased to the function of regulating NEI network in entirety layer and to the harmonization of stem cell and the microenvironment in cellular and molecular layer. Besides that, 'silence', 'awaken', generation and differentiation of endogenous stem cell regulated by NEL network and many other factors about internal mechanism and microenvironment are all involved in the procedure of 'kidney storing essence'. Stem cell can directionally differentiated into nerve cell, 13 -cell of islet, and immune cell, and offer the molecular foundation for the Nerve-Endocrine-Immunology network as well. Therefore, activating endogenous stern cell, educing microenvironment function and regulating NEI network, just the same procedure of mobilizing the physiologic function of kidney, 'storing essence', that might be one of the mechanism of 'treating focused on kidney' in TCM theory. So focus on this point, researches in the visceral manifestations theory about kidney may get a great break and that will be very valuable to saying of 'treating focused on kidney' both in theory and clinical practice.
