针刺穴位与非穴位筋膜对酒精性肝纤维化模型大鼠干预的比较研究 被引量:3

Experimental study on the effect and intervention of connective tissues in alcohol-induced liver fibrosis in rats

摘要 目的:通过针刺穴位筋膜与非穴位筋膜干预的比较,探讨筋膜在防治肝脏纤维化中可能的作用机制,为筋膜学基础研究提供实验依据。方法:针刺酒精性肝纤维化模型大鼠穴位筋膜(穴位组)与非穴位筋膜(筋膜组),测定血清透明质酸(HA)、层连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ);天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、甘油三酯(TG)的含量,并对肝组织进行HE、Mallory染色比较。结果:模型组血清学指标与筋膜组、穴位组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),筋膜组与穴位组相比,其血清中LN、PC-Ⅲ、AST、TG高于穴位组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);模型组肝HE、Mallory染色与筋膜组、穴位组相比形态结构均有差异,筋膜组与穴位组相比形态结构无明显差异。结论:针刺穴位筋膜与非穴位筋膜均具有防治肝纤维化模型大鼠功效,且针刺穴位筋膜功效优于针刺非穴位筋膜。 Objective: To study the effect of connective tissues to hepatic fibrosis, by acupuncturing point connective tissues and non-point connective tissues, which may became a basic research for the connective tissues to provide experimental evidence. Methods: Rat model of liver fibrosis was induced by intragastric infusion of a mixture of alcoholic liquid, and acupuncturing point connective tissues and non-point connective tissues. We detected the concentration of HA, LN, AST, ALT, TG and PC-Ill in serum respectively 17 weeks later. Animals were sacrificed, and livers were harvested for morphology inspection. Results: The serum level of the model group was significantly different from the other groups(P〈0.05), and the formation of liver fibrosis was successfully ameliorated. The serum level of LN, PC-Ifl, AST, TG of the connective tissues group were higher than the tradition point group(P〈0.05). And the same results were in morphology inspection. Conclusion: Connective tissues play a part in preventing and curing hepatic fibrosis by acupuncture, with the results of the connective tissue group were worse than which of the tradition point group.
