维药石榴花多酚的抗氧化活性 被引量:10

Study on antioxidant activity of Uighur medicine pomegranate flower polyphenols

摘要 目的:研究石榴花多酚的抗氧化活性。方法:采用高脂饲料和链脲佐菌素(STZ)共同诱导建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。将成模大鼠随机分为模型组和石榴花多酚高、低剂量组,分别以蒸馏水及石榴花多酚高、低(300、100mg/kg)剂量灌胃。4周后观察各组大鼠空腹血糖(FPG)、血清胰岛素水平(FIns)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、肝脏和骨骼肌中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)各指标的变化。以铁离子还原能力法和苯代苦味肼基自由基(DPPH.)法检测PFP的体外抗氧化能力。结果:经过4周的干预后,与模型组比较,石榴花多酚可显著降低2型糖尿病大鼠的FPG、FIns、IRI、MDA水平,而肝脏和骨骼肌中SOD、CAT、GSH水平显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01)。石榴花多酚(0.08mg/mL)对.OH的清除率为46%;石榴花多酚(0.02mg/mL)对DPPH.的清除率为87%。结论:石榴花多酚在组织和体外抗氧化实验中均显示出较好的抗氧化活性。 Objective: To study the protective effect of pomegranate flower polyphenols (PFP) on antioxidant activity. Methods: Model grOup was established with high calorie feeding and injection of streptozotocin (STZ). DM rats were randomly assigned to model group, PFP high dose group, PFP low dose group. The fasting plasma glucose (FPG), Fins, insulin resistance index (IRI), the content of malondialdehyde(MDA), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase(CAT), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) in liver tissue and skeletal muscle tissue were detected after 4 weeks treatment with PFP. Antioxidant of PFP in vitro were detected by the clearance rate of hydroxy and 2,2-Diphenyl-l-picrylhydrzyl (DPPH.). Results: PFP decrease FPG, Fins, IRI, MDA content, and increase SOD, CAT, GSH activity significantly (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). The clearance rate of hydroxy and DPPH. were 46% and 87%. Conclusion: The pomegranate flower polyphenols were found have high antioxidant activity.
