754例住院患者针灸辅助治疗资料分析

Analysis of data on 754 inpatients with auxiliary acupuncture therapy

目的:分析北京大学第三医院针灸会诊现状,为中医针灸学科发展及疾病治疗提供参考。方法:对接受针灸会诊的754例住院病人,在会诊原因、诊断、处理、治疗次数、治疗效果及科室来源等方面进行统计分析。结果:请求会诊科室遍及内、外、妇、儿、急诊等各科,病症分布广泛,以术后胃肠功能障碍、术后尿潴留、呃逆、术后肢体症状(含疼痛、麻木、瘫痪、关节功能不足)、脑梗塞、昏迷为主。患者治疗次数最少1次,最多44次(术后继发脑梗)。平均(2.54±4.10)次。针灸治疗呃逆起效快,平均会诊(1.33±0.62)次,总有效率96.8%。结论:针灸会诊病种与医院整体特色有关,针灸疗效可靠、适应症广泛,在综合医院辅助治疗中发挥着积极作用。

Objective： To improve a reference for Chinese medicine development and treatment of disease with the analysis on the situation of the acupuncture consultation-liaison in a large comprehensive hospital. Methods： To analyze the consultation reasons, diagnosis, treatment, effectiveness and departments from 754 inpatients within acupuncture. Results： The inpatients were from almost all departments such as internal, surgical, gynecology, paediatric and emergency departments, most of them were gastroenterology impediment, urinary retention, haw athwart and body reaction （ache, anaesthesia, paralysis and the lack of the function of arthrosis） after operation, head injury and coma. The inpatients were treated at least one time and most 44 times （head injury continuously）. （2.54±4.10） averagely, hiccup can be controlled by acupuncture promptly, average consultationliaison （1.33±0.62） times. The total effectiveness is 96.8%. Conclusion： Acupuncture consultation has relative with characteristics of the hospital, Acupuncture can cure many diseases with reliable efectiviness and plays an important role at auxiliary treatment in comprehensive hospital.
