聚精汤对328例精索静脉曲张不育症术后精液参数的影响

Effect of Jujing Decoction on 328 cases of semen parameters after varicocele operation

目的:探讨中药聚精汤在精索静脉曲张手术后继续治疗中对精液参数影响的作用。方法:对328例Ⅱ度及Ⅱ度以上精索静脉曲张且伴有精液异常的不育患者,在进行精索静脉高位结扎术后,配合口服中药聚精汤继续治疗;对照组35例单纯进行手术,术后不配合中药。术后每月采用计算机自动精液分析系统对比观察两组治疗前后精液各项参数变化,连续3个月。结果:两组经治疗3个月后精液数量质量参数均有改善,其中在数量质量上有显著差异;研究组与对照组有显著差异,术后3个月研究组精液参数恢复正常率为75.9%,对照组为40.0%。总有效率分别为研究组96.6%,对照组85.7%。结论:术后配合应用中药聚精汤有助于促进睾丸附睾生精及精子发育成熟功能的恢复,能有效提高精子数量及质量,可迅速提高精索静脉曲张不育患者的生育力。

Objective： To explore the effect of Chinese medicine-Jujing Decoction to the semen parameters in the subsequent treatment of varicocele operation. Methods： 328 subfertile men, with Ⅱ° or above Ⅱ° varicocele and abnormal semen parameters, who had been treated by high surgical ligation of the varicocele. Then had a subsequent treatment of oral Chinese medicine-Jujing Decoction, while the control group with 35 cases only had surgical treatment. During the 3 months after surgery, the comparison of semen parameters before and after treatment was observed every month by computer-aided semen analysis. Results： After 3 months treatment, both of groups patients＇ semen parameters had been improved. And there was a significant difference in quantity and quality of semen, the same between the treatment and control group. The rate of semen parameters recovered was 75.9% of study group, 40% of control group. Total effective rate is 96.6% in study group and 85.7% in control group. Conclusion： Combining with Jujing decoction after operation is conducive to recovering the testicular spermatogenesis function and epididymis sperm mature function, could boost the quantity and quality of semen effectively and promote the fertility of varicocele-induced infertility patients rapidly.
