摘要 目的考察不同加工方式对牡丹皮药材中丹皮酚含量的影响。方法采用RP-HPLC法,迪马C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水(45∶55)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长274 nm。结果丹皮酚的线性范围为0.1330~0.3102μg,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率99.18%,RSD=0.80%。不同规格间丹皮酚含量差异较大。结论不同加工方式对牡丹皮药材中丹皮酚含量有较大影响。 Objective To investigate the influence of different processing methods on the content of paeonol in moutan cortex. Methods The RP-HPLC method was established and the DIKMa C18 column:250mm×4.6mm:5μm) was used with methanol-water (45:55)as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 274nm. Results The linear range of paeonol was 0.1330-0.3102μg, r=0.9999. The average recovery was 99.18% with RSD of 0.80% (n=6). There was remarkable difference of the content of paeonol among different specifications. Conclusion The different processing methods can have remarkable influence on the content of paeonol in moutan cortex.
