摘要
目的测定不同产地灰树花多糖含量,为灰树花多糖的综合开发利用提供科学依据。方法采用蒽酮-硫酸法,正交试验确定最佳工艺,测定不同产地灰树花粗多糖、可溶性糖含量。结果18批不同产地灰树花粗多糖含量8.17%~34.82%,可溶性糖含量27.46%~55.65%。结论不同产地灰树花多糖含量具有显著差异。
Objective To determine the contents of polysaccharides of Grifolas frondosa grown in different localities to provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Grifolas frondosa polysaccharide. Methods: Anthrone-sulfuric acid method with orthogonal tests to define the optimum technology for the determination of the content of crude polysaccharide and soluble sugar of Grifola frondosa grown in different localities. Results: The crude polysaccharide content of Grifola Frondosa in 18 different localities is: 8.17%-34.82%, soluble sugar content is: 27.46%-55.65%. Conclusion: There was a significant difference in polysaccharide content of Grifola Frondosa of different localities.
