摘要
本文就圆筒混合机减速器高速小弧齿锥齿轮的轮齿经常折断的原因进行了分析 ,同时对减速器高速轴承的安装结构进行了改进 ,弥补了混合机减速器存在的设计缺陷 ,保证了上料线设备的稳定、顺行。
The reasons of breaken down of high speed bearing of mixer speed reduser was analysed in this paper. After modifying, the design defect of mounting structure was eked out, and the operation of equipments in the feed line was stabilized.
