摘要
借助大型非线性有限元软件,建立铜管的三辊连轧三维有限元模型,对轧制过程进行了热力耦合分析,获得了轧制过程的铜管截面应变及金属流动规律,对轧制过程中轧制力和管壁厚度方向的温度变化进行了分析。
A three-dimensional elastic-plastic FEM model of three-roll was established. Thermal-mechanical coupling analysis is carried out in this paper. The simulation result coincides well with strain and metal flow in cross-section of copper tube. The rolling force and change of the temperature in thickness of copper tube during the hot roiling were analyzed.
