水稻联合收割机电器的发展

摘要 从现阶段水稻机电器系统由单独的电器元件,靠线束连接来实现基本的控制要求的电器系统特点现状介绍,到中期发展主要集中在开发各自独立的子系统,通过各子系统间的模拟信号传递,实现控制的自动化和精确化;以及中后期以开发各子系统的互通互联的整机控制系统为主,以发动机实现电控为标志,局部系统实现数字信号(局部CAN),最后介绍了到后期的电器系统,主要体现在各种平台的信息共享、整机状态的远程监控和诊断、实现人机交互及智能化等各方面,使水稻联合收割机电器服务于"大农业"的格局是最终成为发展的趋势。 First the current rice machine electrical system is introduced, in which separate electrical components are connected by the wiring harness connectors to realize basic control requirements of electrical system; then, medium-term development is mainly concentrated in the development of independent subsystems, through analog signal transmission between the various subsystems to realize automation and precise control. Later, mainly the whole control system of interconnection of the various subsystems is introduced, realizing electronic control in engine as a symbol. And the local system realizes digital signal (local CAN). In the end, later electronic system is introduced, including information sharing, remote monitoring diagnostics of the machine status, and realizing human-computer interaction and intelligent. Rice combine harvester appliances service in the pattern of "big agriculture" will eventually become the developn nt trend.
