This article used bipartite network to develop a comprehensive analysis of the practical problems arising in the uni- versity library management combined with the development of cloud compulSng technology. Especially, it discussed the network de- ployment in the cloud in - depth about the university library management application. Trying to provide a more practical data analysis of the university library expectations and help the university hbrary to build a stable and practical data analysis environment.
