高校图书馆电子资源优化购置研究——以山东农业大学图书馆为例

Study on University Library's Electronic Resources Optimal Acquisition——A Case Study of Shandong Agricultural University Library

针对当前高校图书馆电子资源建设普遍存在的购置经费紧张与资源建设不合理的问题,结合电子资源内容比较与使用成本统计分析,资源的宣传、推广与培训,资源建设调查等工作,全方位探讨了电子资源优化购置的措施,并用于山东农业大学图书馆电子资源的建设实践中,取得了很好效果。该措施可操作性强,对面临同样情况的其他高校图书馆的电子资源建设和优化具有借鉴意义。

The problems of tense purchasing fund and unreasonable resources are presently ubiquity in University Library electronic resource construction. Combined with the comparison of content and the statistical analysis of using cost of electronic re- source, publicity, extension and training of electronic resource, investigation work of resource comtruction, some optimal acqui- sition measures were discussed comprehensively, which were achieved very good results in the practice of electronic resources con- struction of shandong agricultural university Library. The measures have high operability, which can be used for reference in the university Library＇s electronic resource construction facing the same situation.
