认知无线电中基于Shapley值的自适应加权协作感知算法

摘要 认知无线电作为一种先进的技术,它可以通过有效利用未被主用户使用的频谱来提高频谱的利用效率.现有的线性加权协作频谱检测算法在一定程度上提高了频谱检测的性能,然而当单节点频谱检测性能急剧下降时会引起全局检测性能的恶化.基于此,我们提出了一种基于Shapley值的自适应加权的合作频谱检测算法来提高全局检测性能,并在加性高斯信道(AWGN)和瑞利衰落(Rayleigh)信道下对该算法进行了仿真验证.结果表明,该算法比传统检测算法性能提高20%以上,具有很好的应用前景. As a kind of advanced technology,the cognitive radio can be used to improve spectrum efficiency. The existing linear weighted cooperation of spectrum detection algorithm improves in a certain degree the performance of the spectrum testing, but when the spectrum detection performance of single nodes sharply declinesi,it will result in the deterioration of the global detection performance. Adaptive weighted cooperation spectrum detection algorithm based on the shapley value is presented here to improve global detection performance,and then the algorithm is simulated in additive Gaussian channel (AWGN) and Ray- leigh fading channel (Rayleigh). The simulated results show that the algorithm can greatly improve the detection performance of the signal and has a good prospect of application.
