摘要
随着加入WTO,医药企业不管是经营环境还是生存环境都发生了变化,竞争日益加剧,面临更大的挑战。因此,实现全方位的规范化与科学化管理对于医药企业来说是提高企业市场竞争力的当务之急,重组的医药企业更是如此。人力资源管理是现代企业核心竞争力的关键环节,绩效管理又是人力资源管理的重中之重。正如杜拉克所强调:"我们所能评估的,只有绩效,我们所应该评估的,也只有绩效"。提高绩效管理水平就是提高企业竞争力、提升企业品牌效应。
After joining the WTO, China~ pharmaceutical enterprises of the dramatic changes in the living en- vironment, pharmaceutical companies, achieving a full range of standardized and scientific management, constantly improving the market competitiveness of enterprises is an urgent task, even more so for recombinant pharmaceutical enterprise. As a key human resources management of modem enterprise~ core competitiveness is particularly impor- tant, and performance management and human resources management a top priority. As Drucker stressed: "we can assess, only performance, we should assess, and performance". Raising the level of performance management is to increase the competitiveness of enterprises, and to enhance corporate branding.
