软颗粒饲料在真鲷网箱养殖中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 2010年5月于福建省连江县岗屿网箱养殖海区,采用2组不同干粉料原料添加小杂鱼配制而成的软颗粒饲料,与40%冰鲜小杂鱼进行了投喂真鲷对比试验,经过350~355 d的养殖,以小杂鱼投喂的对照组收获总重量372.00 kg,比实验组Ⅰ、实验组Ⅱ分别减少2.62%和8.37%,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组收获尾均重636.86 g,比实验组Ⅰ、实验组Ⅱ分别增重7.10%(P<0.05)和2.75%(P>0.05);对照组增重率为236.00%,比实验组Ⅰ、实验组Ⅱ分别降低3.75%(P>0.05)和10.84%(P<0.05);对照组特定生长率为0.492%,比实验组Ⅰ、实验组Ⅱ分别增加2.50%(P>0.05)、0.08%(P>0.05);对照组成活率为58.53%,比实验组Ⅰ、实验组Ⅱ分别降低了9.69%和11.91%,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组饵料系数为7.32,比实验组Ⅰ、实验组Ⅱ分别增加1.48倍和1.61倍,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组真鲷每增重1 kg所需饲料成本为19.77元,比实验组Ⅰ、实验组Ⅱ分别增加15.68%和8.51%,差异显著(P<0.05)。 A comparison experiment using two groups of soft pellet feed, which made of different rates of powdery feed with raw fish meat, to feed red sea bream was carried out in mariculture area of Gangyu of Lianjiang county, Fujian Province in May of 2010 by using the feed of 40% ice fresh raw fish as control. After 350 -355 days feeding, total weight of control group feeding with raw fish was 372.00 kg, which decreased the yield by 2.62% and 8.37% respectively compared with that of experimental group I feeding with soft pellet I and experimental group II feeding with soft pellet II. The differences were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). To compare with the experimental group I and experimental group II , the individual averaged weight in control group was 636.86 g, which significantly increased by 7.10% (P 〈0.05) and 2.75% (P 〉0.05) respectively; the growth rate of control was 236.00% , which significantly decreased by 3.75 % ( P 〈 0.05 ) and 10.84% ( P 〈 0. 05) respectively; the specific growth rate of control was 0. 492%, which significantly increased by 2.50% ( P 〉 0.05 ) and 0.08% ( P 〉 0.05 ) respectively ; the survival rate of control was 58.53%, which significantly decreased by 9.69% and 11.91% ( P 〈 0.05 ) respectively ; the feed coefficient of control was 7.32, which significantly increased by 1.48 and 1.61 times (P 〈0.05) respectively ; the feed cost of 1.0 kg gain of control was 19.77 Yuan, which significantly increased by 15.68% and 8.51% (P 〈0.05) respectively.
