摘要
基于生态强省建设的要求,遵循循环农业的发展特点,提出当前在生态强省建设的框架下,发展现代循环农业的五个着力点:优化顶层设计,创新技术与模式,建立标准体系,创建示范园区,加大资金投入。通过大力发展现代循环农业,保障生态强省建设稳步推进。
Following the development characteristics of the cycle agricultural, based on the requirements of the construction of ecological province, the five focal points of modem circulation agriculture： optimizing the top-level design, innovating technology and models to establish the standard system, creating a demonstration zone, increasing capital investment. Developping vigorously the circular agriculture to construct ecological province.
