泰山散瘀膏促进损伤软组织修复的实验研究

Experimental Research of Mount Tai Scattering Stasis Plasters in Promoting the Healing of Soft Tissue

目的:观察泰山散瘀膏促进损伤软组织修复的作用。方法:建立大鼠软组织损伤模型,造模后分组并给药。分别于手术后5 d、15 d对损伤局部皮下肌组织及结缔组织取材后分别进行染色,在显微镜下观察软组织损伤后肌组织和肥大细胞的形态变化。结果:泰山散瘀膏可使毛细血管明显扩张,肌细胞及肌丝崩解减轻,核脱失减少,促进肥大细胞在损伤部位的集中,具有明显促进损伤肌组织修复的作用,治疗效果优于东方活血膏。结论:泰山散瘀膏有明显促进损伤软组织修复的功能。

Objective： To study clinical effect of mount tai scattered stasis plasters in promoting the healing of soft tissue. Methods： Es- tablished rats model of soft tissue injury were divided into groups and gave medicine. Dyed material after surgery 5 d,15 d and observated the changes of ideology of muscle tissue and mast cells after injury of soft tissue under microscope. Results： Mount tai scattering stasis plas- ters can make the capillary expansion ,muscle cells and myofilament disintegrating loss, nuclear loss reduction, promote mast cells concen- trating at sites of injury have apparent stimulative effect of injured muscle tissue repair, the curative effect is better than that of Dongfang Hnoxue plaster. Conclusion：Mount tai scattering stasis piasters has sure curative effect in promoting the wound healing of soft tissue.
