On the Function Orientation and Its Realization Approaches for Physical Education in Teaching-Centered Universities

摘要 对教学型本科院校人才培养规格及其体育教育功能进行分析。采用逐步多元回归方法,揭示教学型本科院校体育教师和学生应具备的素质,对教学型本科院校体育教育功能进行定位。采用多重比较方法对该定位进行满意度调查,提出教学型本科院校体育教育功能实现途径,如建立"学习型"组织,加强教师培训,强化教师执教能力,注重在教学中传承体育文化等。 The study, based on the analysis of talents training specification and the physical education function in teaching- centered universities, uses the method of multiple regressions to explore the main qualities of students and teachers that they should have as well as to determine the orientation of physical education function in teaching-centered universities. The multiple comparisons are used to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of the orientation too. Finally, the study puts forward the paths to realize the function, such as the establishment of " study-style" organization, the enhancement of teachers' teaching ability and the focus on the sport culture communication in teaching process, etc.
